TOOL CARRIER TRAILERS WITH TILTING PLATFORM

The SILVER CAR agricultural tool carrier trailers are a new series of machine with excellent loading versatility.
They feature a tilting platform by means of a dual-action hydraulic cylinder with safety valve, which facilitates both the loading and unloading of agricultural products and tools. The rigidity of the structure and its design has permitted the creation of machines with capacities of between 5 - 6 and 14 tons whilst retaining very limited tare values. The various versions with either paired or single wheels mean that the loading surface is very low and thereby suitable for all kinds of transportation needs.
STANDARD FITTINGS:- Tilting platform with hydraulic cylinder- mechanical or hydraulic rear loading ramps – Front panel fitted to take bale carrier gate.

TOOL CARRIER TRAILER – FIXED PLATFORM

Agricultural trailer with 2 or 3 axes specifically designed for the transportation of operating machines. Lowered load platform for easy loading. Structural features:
CHASSIS: Made of n.2 side members made of interior H-shaped steel sections and of n.2 steel sections, joined by means of cross sections made of folded and welded sheeting that is inserted on the core and on the sides of the side members, so as to form an monolith structure suited to highly concentrated load levels. In the 140 Quintal version the H-sections are replaced by tubular sections made of Fe. 510.
AXLES: Made of top quality steel, capable of high load capacities. The parts making up the axle are of the best quality currently available on the market and easy to source.
SUSPENSIONS: Made from parabolic springs and rocking arms. Of industrial design and conceived to ensure the greatest level of efficiency both over rough tracks and roads and also capable of supporting excessive load conditions.
BRAKING: Pneumatic or hydraulic.
ELECTRIC SYSTEM: 12 volt with 7-pole plug. Complete with indicator lights, stop lights, side-lights, plate lights and rear reflectors. With hydraulic or mechanical rear platforms. Front and rear bale support gates or for containing the load.
