The widespread adoption of the round bale has made it essential to create a machine suited to meeting every related problem in regard to the same.
This has given rise to the SILVER CAR bale loader which easily resolves all needs relating to field harvesting, the transportation and the unloading of the bales.
The system is fully mechanized and allows the operator to pick up and life with lift forks up to two bales at the same time, as they are placed on the loading platform equipped with hydraulic industrial chain sliding conveyor belt, and are thereby stored ready for transportation.
All this without the operator ever needing to leave the driver seat. It is possible to undertake the unloading either from the rear, by opening the containment gate, or front the front using the same load procedure, by inverting the advance speed of the conveyor belt.
The loading forks are of oscillating type and thereby ensure excellent adaptation in the loading stages whatever the terrain conditions.
The road safety of the transported load is guaranteed by a device specifically designed for this purpose.
SILVER CAR offers three different mechanized versions with load capacities from between 8 and 12 bales of diameter of between 150 and 180, a total capacity of between 50 and 110 quintals, with either mechanical or pneumatic braking, operated by remote controls using flexible cables, or using electrical cab controls on request.
